Reservations and Cancellation Policy
» A reservation is guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard.
» Motel Rooms cancelled within the 10 days before arrival, will pay one night booking fee, if no show and not cancelled, full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card.
» Cottage/ cabin We take a booking fee equal to first night or 25% which ever is the greater on all confirmed reservations (this is normally paid from your credit card 48 hours after booking) cancellations made within this 48 hours no charge to customer.
» Cottage/cabin cancelled within the 30 days before arrival, will pay full booking amount, we will make every effort to re-rent the space and a credit will then be applied (less booking fee)
» On long weekends and holidays we request a 3 day minimum stay.
