Reservations and Cancellation Policy

» A reservation is guaranteed with a Visa or MasterCard.

» A Booking Fee of either the first night or 25% of the booking which ever is the greatest is applied to the credit card upon booking. Upon checking in, the booking fee will be credited to your payment.

» Motel Rooms cancelled within the 5 days before arrival, will pay only the booking fee. If no show and not cancelled, full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card.

» Cottage / cabin cancelled within the 30 days before arrival will pay only the booking fee. If no show and not cancelled, full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card.

» Cottage/cabin cancelled within the 30 days before arrival, will pay full booking amount, we will make every effort to re-rent the space and a credit will then be applied (less booking fee)

» RV and Tenting cancelled within the 5 days before arrival, will pay only the booking fee. If no show and not cancelled, full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card.

» On long weekends and holidays we request a 3 day minimum stay.
