allows us to provide you with a cabin/cottage at a reasonable price and
a lot to place your cabin on. Our cabins make attractive winter or summer
recreation getaways, an investment and rental opportunity, or both.
Our cabins are complete with kitchen, wood stove, plumbing, heating and
interior finishes. Cabin interiors can be customized to fit your specific
needs.
Your cabin is 2 x 6 construction with Log siding on a concrete foundation wall.
Your cabin meets all the building codes. By partnering with Springbrook Resort,
your needs are kept in mind. We'll oversee the construction of your cabin, from
beginning to end.

- Spring 2006:
- Springbrook Management Ltd. was incorporated as ...A SHARED INTEREST IN LAND WITH THE RIGHT TO USE A LOT... keeping the name Springbrook Resort.
- Throughout 2006 the layout of lots, purchase contracts,
share certificates and voting rights as well as the rules and regulations, owner'
association, annual fee structure were all developed and put into motion.
- Spring 2007:
- We sold our first lot ... welcome FINN AND WENDY in CABIN LOT 2... we continued
to have good interest in our project and sold Cabin Lot 4, RV Lot 10, RV Lot
15, RV Lot 13, and in Oct, RV Lot 14. Welcome to our new owners.
- Fall 2007:
- Let the contract to a local engineer for upgrades to our sewer system to meet the
new regulations and volumes that we will need.
- Building permit for Cabin Lot 4 was issued Oct/07
- Our project was proceeding on schedule.
- Spring 2008:
- We sold
RV Lot 16 and RV Lot 17 and an offer on Cabin Lot 1.
- Our septic system was installed in May 2008 and the new service building started
- Fall 2008:
- We finally received
our certificate of completion on the septic system.
- Spring 2009:
- Marnie has attended the RV Dealer's show in Calgary and getting ready to go to the Adventure Show March 28 and 29.
- Mailing out postcards and answering emails, we're already taking bookings for potential purchasers! Looking forward to seeing you at
